“How important is trust in establishing long-term business relationship?”

To run a successful business you need one thing…customers. Customers is all you need to successfully run any business. A customer will only buy from you if they trust you and your product. Therefore, trust is one of the most important qualities to possess in business. If your customers don’t trust you, they are definitely less likely to buy from you again.

Trust is a necessity  in any relationship, but especially in business relationships. If your customers don’t trust you, eventually your business will fail because on some level your customers feel robbed. Therefore they will find someone else they do trust and buy from instead. To create a successful small business, you must gain the trust of your customers.
